ASHRAE Ozarks is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our Women in ASHRAE (WiA) Liaison.  This isa key role that supports the engagement, inclusion, and professional development of women within our chapter and the broader ASHRAE community.

This position isn’t just a title, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact. The Women in ASHRAE Liaison helps foster connections, promote visibility, and encourage leadership pathways for women in our industry. It’s about creating space at the table, amplifying voices, and building a stronger, more diverse future for ASHRAE.

Women play a vital role in the HVAC&R and building sciences fields, and ASHRAE Ozarks is committed to creating a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. By filling this role, we take another important step toward that goal.

If you’re passionate about mentorship, inclusion, and advocating for women in engineering and technical fields, or if you simply want to be part of this important conversation, we’d love to hear from you.
